Service guide
Pre-service:
Introduction and product technology;
Supply for technical consultation and analysis on problems;
Guide to choose the suitable products。.
Mid-service:
Following contract,Responsible for judging the contract with related departments;
Any point differences should be discussed and solved by two parties.
Be according with contract required, following produce, delivery and each parts manufacture process.
After-service:
Be based on contract to guide the installation, debugging the machine
Receive and deal with the customers complaint for the product quality and service.
During the guarantee should be following any reflection from machine.
Any problems come out within the warranty, we should be responsible for it.
Training the service staff to improve the whole moral.
We will reply you within 12 hours and send the engineer to the site when received the service required. If the transportation allowed, we will arrive the spot within 8 hours.
